At the University of Ontario they will have eyex Tobii technology to develop better games
The EyeX Tobii technology company created to allow accurate tracking of our eyes, will serve students from the University of Ontario to create games using this promising technology.
As part of its program of access to technology developers, Tobii put in the hands of students in the course of game development (for a whole semester) both hardware needed for the SDK to integrate eye tracking player in their future games.
Those games that are developed during the course, may see the light in the sample UOIT LevelUp, the largest gathering of students related to the video game world in Canada.
We will see the results, but for now, the first initiatives, as they partnered with the manufacturer SteelSeries promise.
